Celebrating Our 2026 RealTrends Verified Honorees

Each year, the RealTrends Verified rankings recognize the nation's highest-performing real estate professionals based on independently verified sales production. Earning a place on this list reflects a high level of success, consistency, and commitment to serving clients. With strict qualification standards and production independently verified, RealTrends Verified has become one of the most respected recognitions in the real estate industry.

One of the most notable recognitions for Metro Brokers from RealTrends is earning a place on both the Top 500 by Sides and Top 500 by Volume lists, which rank the nation's largest real estate brokerage firms. In the latest rankings, Metro Brokers closed 3,210 transaction sides totaling more than $1.22 billion in sales volume, earning a national ranking of No. 175 by sides and No. 259 by sales volume. We were also once again welcomed into the prestigious RealTrends Billionaires' Club, an honor reserved for brokerage firms that achieve at least $1 billion in annual closed sales volume.
