Pre-license students must achieve a score of 72% or more on the final exam in order to become certified as having completed the course. Upon completion of a course and passing your School final exam, the School will convey the student record of completion online to the Georgia Real Estate Commission/PSI. Students will be able to schedule a state examination within 72 hours after the online certification.

The Georgia Real Estate Commission allows one retake exam for any student who does not pass the first final exam. Any student who does not pass the course final exam after taking it twice may repeat the 75-hour Salesperson's Pre-license course at a cost at a reduced rate (in-class format only). To re-register for the 75-hour course, please contact the school at 404.836.4040.

*School Final Exams and Retake exams are proctored once a month at Metro Brokers Academy of Real Estate, 5775-D Glenridge Drive, 1st floor classroom, Atlanta GA 30328. (Enter through the left side entrance of Building D and classroom is immediately on your right.) View available dates here.

Note: Students attending a classroom course are required to take the school final exam on one of the final exam dates assigned to their respective course. A $35.00 Exam Fee will be charged for failure to cancel or show for the Friday Exam. Registration for the Friday Exam must be cancelled by 10 AM Wednesday BEFORE the exam; in writing via email to Academy@MetroBrokers.com to avoid the $35.00 Exam Fee. Any outstanding balance must be paid prior to registering for any exam.

To cancel, email Academy@MetroBrokers.com. This fee must be paid prior to registering for another exam.

DO NOT Register if:

• You have an outstanding balance. This must be paid PRIOR to registering for an exam.
• Your class is not complete.
• You need to make up time.
• Your homework is not complete.

Any registrations that do not qualify will be canceled.
