This month, we are proud to celebrate Amy Tep of our Gwinnett office, who was recognized by Georgia Asian Times as one of Georgia's 25 Most Influential Asian American Pacific Islanders.
Amy received the honor on July 10 at the publication's annual awards gala at Oriental Palace in Chamblee, where she was recognized alongside distinguished business executives, elected officials, judges, diplomats, and community leaders from across the state. The annual recognition celebrates individuals whose leadership, service, and professional accomplishments are making a lasting impact throughout Georgia.

As the leader of the La'Tep Group, Amy has built one of the top-performing teams in the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate network while never losing sight of what matters most: serving people. She currently mentors a team of 13 agents and has dedicated herself to helping first-generation and Vietnamese American families achieve homeownership through bilingual education, guidance, and advocacy.
Her influence extends far beyond transactions. Amy has become a trusted leader within both the real estate industry and the community she proudly serves, creating opportunities for others while helping families build brighter futures through homeownership.
