ZOOM Class Participation Requirements
To ensure a professional learning environment and full compliance with course standards, the following requirements apply to all Zoom classes:
Virtual backgrounds are not permitted. Please ensure all backgrounds are turned off.
Login with your full legal name (first and last). Nicknames are not permitted.
Camera use is required for the entire class. Auditing or listening-only participation is not allowed.
Arrive on time. Zoom records all login and logout activity.
Take breaks only at instructor-approved times.
Remain stationary throughout the class. Participation while moving or multitasking is not permitted, including driving, riding as a passenger, biking, walking, cooking, cleaning, babysitting, or working.
Conduct yourself as you would in a physical classroom. Professional behavior and full attention are expected at all times.
Saturday & Sunday - 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM: August 22 & 23
Fee: $75
This session is strongly encouraged for final exam preparation and can also be used to make up missed class time (per GREC rules).
You will be given a choice of the following options to complete your Final Exam. Instructions are sent after CRAM and hours are completed.

Taken on your own computer
Scheduled on the date and time of your choice
Requires a disinterested third-party proctor (no family members/ no one related)
All prerequisites and requirements must be submitted in advance and are subject to School approval
No refunds will be issued for any reason once the class has started, if a student fails to attend the mandatory first day, or after attending any class session.
Metro Brokers Academy will retain a $35 administrative fee and a $55 book charge (if the textbook was received in advance) for any refund processed.
Humanitix fees are non-refundable.

To qualify for a Georgia Salesperson License, applicants must:
Be at least 18 years old
Hold a high school diploma or GED
Complete a GREC-approved 75-hour Prelicense Course and pass the school final exam
Pass the state licensing exam
Obtain a GCIC (criminal background) report within 60 days of applying for the license
Complete the Lawful Presence Verification form
Important:
The Georgia Real Estate Commission (GREC) determines eligibility for licensure. If you have prior criminal convictions or disciplinary actions, you must submit an Background Clearance Application to GREC before obtaining a license.

Proper business attire is required.
No jeans, shorts, tank tops, cut-offs, flip-flops, sweatpants, or pajama pants are permitted.
Metro Brokers Academy of Real Estate reserves the right to cancel or change course dates and/or instructors before the first class day.
If a class is canceled by the Academy, students will receive a 100% tuition refund or may transfer to another scheduled course at no additional cost.
