At Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers, we believe agents should benefit from helping grow a strong, successful company. Real Reward$ is our long-term incentive program designed to reward sales associates who introduce new agents to Metro Brokers.

This program creates an opportunity to earn ongoing income—not just while you’re actively selling real estate, but even as you scale back or transition into retirement.

Real Reward$ allows Metro Brokers agents to earn a 1% recruiting override on the gross commissions of agents they personally sponsor into the company.

• The override is paid on every transaction the sponsored agent closes

• It is paid from the company’s portion, not the agent’s commission

• There is no cap on how many agents you can sponsor

• Payments continue as long as both parties remain with Metro Brokers or its Referral Company

This creates a sustainable income stream built on relationships—not production volume.

You are not responsible for training, oversight, or performance. Your role is simply making the connection.

If you sponsor 20 agents into Metro Brokers and each agent averages $60,000 in gross commissions per year, the math looks like this:

• $60,000 × 20 agents = $1,200,000 in total GCI

• 1% override = $12,000 per year

That income continues annually—even if you later:

• Reduce production

• Move to referral status

• Retire from active real estate sales
