Coverage
Each coach covers a region of our total campus, providing more flexibility! This will give agents access to their coaches and workshops conveniently close to their homes. Classes also have Zoom and in-person options, improving accessibility.
Sessions
X-Celerater coaches set up sessions with agents in small groups. Regardless of what stage you're in, they can help you achieve your goals and reach higher levels of production!
XPLODE
Available to all agents, XPLODE is a six-week, in-person, lead-driven boot camp! During the XPLODE program, you will complete daily activities, weekly course meet-ups, and productivity success reporting.
