Tabitha Caver Earns Two Commissions Through One Outbound ReferralAugust 02, 2017
This past April, Tabitha Caver of the Perimeter office found out her childhood friend, Nicole Searcy, was relocating to Augusta, Georgia. She suggested she refer her to BHGRE Metro Brokers’ relocation service and Searcy agreed. Caver submitted Searcy’s information to the team and they contacted her within minutes. That same day, Searcy began working with Randy Johnson of C21 Larry Miller. Approximately one month later, Searcy closed on a property and recently purchased another to rent out.
Both Searcy and Caver were extremely pleased with the quality of service and overall efficiency they experienced working with relocation.
“It was a real win-win for everybody involved. And it made me proud to help out an old friend,” said Caver.
This was Caver’s first time referring someone to relocation but certainly not the last. In fact, she’s already in the process of submitting more referrals and even developed a marketing strategy to increase her visibility to out-of-state prospects on Facebook!
“It’s great. It’s like money just shows up in your account,” said Caver.

Take advantage of the tools and resources available to you! Whether it’s sending a direct mail campaign, ZAP email or Facebook message, don’t be afraid to get creative when reaching out to former and potential clients about their relocation needs.
Make it a Part of Your Routine
From old friends and former coworkers to hairstylists and dentists, all these people have SOI’s of their own and you just never know who might be in need of your assistance.
