April Rogerson of Better Homes and Gardens Metro Brokers’ Douglasville office leveraged Facebook to complete 90% of her real estate transactions since joining in August 2015. Immediately following licensure, Rogerson became active on Facebook and other social sites to broaden her sphere of influence and connect with new people.
Rogerson expressed that she’s had the most success on Facebook, utilizing the platform’s target marketing tools and strategies. Rogerson’s successful business page is full of both real estate and lifestyle related posts. She makes an effort to post on her Facebook business page at least 3-5 times per week.
“The most important thing you can do when using social media for business, is making a plan and sticking to it,” said Rogerson. “Once you have your strategy down, the rest is easy!”
The variety of content posted on Rogerson’s page has earned her more than 1,500 fans. She also keeps potential clients interested with her 100% 5 Star review ratings, which displays at the top of her page.
Rogerson recently graduated from the BHGRE Metro Brokers’ X-celerater program, and credits much of her success to leads generated from Facebook marketing.
