BHGRE Metro Brokers offers its sales associates long-term financial rewards for helping the company recruit new associates to the BHGRE Metro Brokers team.

Retirement Earnings

The Real Reward$ program is very simple. When an agent sponsors a new sales associate at BHGRE Metro Brokers, the company will give them an override or bonus equal to one percent of the new associate’s gross commission on every sale. And, best of all, their overrides will be paid for as long as they and the associate remain at BHGRE or its referral company.

How it Works

A BHGRE Metro Brokers agent refers 20 new sales associates to the company. If those 20 associates average $60,000 in gross commissions per year, then the sponsoring agent would earn $12,000 per year or 1% of all the gross commissions earned (paid from the company's portion of the deal, not the agent's portion). The sponsoring agent would continue to receive his/her recruiting bonus even after retiring from the real estate business.
