We're proud to announce Yoko Ariza of Douglasville, GA as the winner of Better Home and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers' most recent Super Sunday $1,000 giveaway. Ariza attended an open house hosted by Christie Vande Zande of the Paulding office and donated by Leah Williamson of the Paulding office on April 14th.
Ariza found out about the Super Sunday giveaway from Vande Zande when she arrived at the open house. She especially liked the home and has it listed as one of her contenders. She plans to use her winnings towards her law school tuition.

Since Christie registered this month's Super Sunday winner, she wins $500 of her own! She has hosted a few Super Sunday open houses.
Vande Zande had approximately 6 visitors come in to see the home in Douglasville, Ga. She promoted the open house by creating marketing flyers and postcards in the Greenhouse and going door-to-door in the neighborhood the day before.
She plans to use her winnings to promote her real estate business. She feels Super Sunday open houses are a great way to promote her business and a way to meet potential buyers.
