We’re proud to announce Danica Grone of Duluth, Ga as the winner of Better Home and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers’ most recent Super Sunday $1,000 giveaway. Grone attended an open house hosted by Scott West of the Johns Creek office and donated by Anoly Bristol of the Perimeter office on March 10th.
Grone found out about the Super Sunday giveaway after leaving another open house in the neighborhood and seeing the signs and balloons. She especially liked the kitchen in this home. She plans to use her winnings towards bills and other expenses.
Scott West of the Johns Creek Office Wins $500!
Since Scott registered this month’s Super Sunday winner, he wins $500 of his own! He has hosted several Super Sunday open houses.
West had approximately 10 visitors come in to see the home in Alpharetta, Ga. He promoted the open house by creating marketing flyers in the Greenhouse, posting signs with balloons in the neighborhood, and utilizing several social media outlets.
He plans to use the winnings to invest in his real estate business. He feels Super Sunday open houses are a great prospecting tool and the best way to market a home.
