Ernesa Ramdeen of the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers’ Gwinnett office secured multiple clients, resulting in a closed transaction and another in due diligence, following a call she received from lead management system, LeadRouter.
It all began when Ramdeen accepted a LeadRouter call from a buyer who was interested in one of her listings for sale at the time. Mr. Vu wasn’t working with an agent and Ramdeen was excited to have a buyer interested in her property. After only a short phone conversation, Ramdeen was able to sell Mr. Vu on her knowledge of the real estate business and the family of services offered by BHGRE Metro Brokers.
Mr. Vu was relieved to find an agent who understood his needs and truly wanted the best home for his family. Later that week, Ramdeen took Mr.Vu to view her listing, but before he was able to put an offer in on the property, the sellers were under contract on the home.
Although Mr. Vu wasn’t able to purchase that particular home, Ramdeen remained committed to the task at hand and continued to show Mr. Vu homes within his 300k budget. Ramdeen assisted Mr. Vu by submitting 3 offers, but unfortunately none were accepted. Mr. Vu eventually decided to put his home search on pause, but appreciated Ramdeen’s dedication and tough negotiating skills. Because of this, he referred her to his sister who recently closed on a home with Ramdeen.
Following the close of that home, Mr. Vu’s sister referred Ramdeen to her husband’s parents and 3 siblings! One of the siblings asked Ramdeen to assist them with the sale of their home in Tacoma, WA, and Ramdeen graciously accepted.
With the help of David Eskridge in BHGRE Metro Broker’s Relocation Department, Ramdeen was able to successfully get the Washington home under contract! Following the sale of this home, the sellers planned to purchase another through Ramdeen. Most recently, Ramdeen received a call from Mr. Vu, who’s ready to begin his home search once again!
