Daija Richmond of Atlanta won Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers’ most recent Super Sunday $1,000 giveaway after attending an open house hosted and donated by Mohan Saini of the Gwinnett office on June 11.
Richmond is searching for a home in Southwest Atlanta after a recent move from Detroit, and visited Saini’s open house to get a feel for the area. Richmond loved the community and size of the home, however it lacked the floorplan she wanted.
“The home is beautiful and in a very convenient location,” said Richmond. “I was eager to visit the open house, but had no idea I would leave a winner!”
Richmond is currently working with Saini to find her dream home, as she is looking to move very soon. She plans to use her winnings towards the down payment for her new home.
Saini is a seasoned agent with BHGRE Metro Brokers, however this is only his third Super Sunday event in the last ten years with the company.
“I had about 9 visitors and was excited to show this home, because it was a large family home and close to major Atlanta interstates and the airport. I felt confident I’d get some interested buyers to attend,” said Saini. “I promoted the event on the MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, and signs around the community.”
