Metro Brokers Financial (MBF) and Fannie Mae are in the midst of their homebuyer seminar series, which began in March. The seminars have proved exceedingly popular, with each one averaging at least 65 Atlanta real estate agents and guests.

Judy Jones, Vice President of Metro Brokers Financial, encourages Atlanta real estate agents to attend the next seminar, scheduled for tomorrow, June 3, at the Stoncrest office at 6pm.

“Real estate agents need to bring as many of their potential homebuyers as possible,” said Jones. “We hit them hard with the truth of the situation: it’s a buyer’s market, prices are low, inventory is high and interest rates are at historic lows!”

Many Atlanta real estate agents have attributed success after bringing their clients to the seminars since Metro Brokers Financial began offering them in 2007. Some have even credited the seminars with helping customers turn into clients, and clients turn into closings.

One of the most popular topics of the seminar is "Credit Scoring, how it works and how you can improve yours.” Jones and Metro Brokers Financial Atlanta loan officers will also explain the most recent changes in mortgage programs across the board.

Many of the attending Atlanta real estate agents turned customers into clients, and a multitude of closings occurred due to the seminars.
