Little Bear is a new 85 home community situated down a tree lined entrance where you see nature's softest hands turn green canopied trees to crimson leaves.

Both Children and grandchildren alike will enjoy swimming all summer and hiking on endless trails. We are a community that knows nature and its amazing properties to both child and parent. In fact we've put aside part of the property to make sure nature goes unharmed. Birds, trees and butterflies are all welcome to stay as long as they like, here in our certified backyard wildlife habitat. Little Bear is a wonderful place for all to grow, live and share the love of the outdoors together.
