Free Fast Track training gives agents the ability to rapidly accelerate to “full associate” commission status.
MBA: Metro Brokers Advantage
During Fast Track training, the agent will complete the Metro Brokers Academy MBA course, which meets and exceeds the GREC requirement for a 25-hour post license training program. This course is conducted by top real estate educators and is offered exclusively at BHGRE Metro Brokers. The course provides the knowledge and confidence needed to quickly begin earning money in the real estate industry.
PHD: Partners Helping Develop Good Business Practices
BHGRE Metro Brokers’ exclusive PHD Prospecting System helps associates build an active prospect network through activities with agent partners. Agents are taught how to cultivate financially rewarding business relationships with customers.

Flex Time to Full Time
The Flex Time program is designed to allow agents with a full-time job in another industry to transition to a full-time real estate career.
Flexible Scheduling
Sales associates in the Flex Time program keep their current job and attend a flexible schedule of classes and workshops. These motivational classes are offered on weekdays, evenings and weekends or a combination of all three to allow Flex Time associates to achieve their long-term goal of becoming a full-time sales associate.
MBA & PHD Training
Flex Time associates are eligible for free MBA training to satisfy the Georgia Real Estate Commission 25-hour post license requirement, and free PHD training to develop business relationships. Sales associates work their regular job during the week and attend Metro Broker Real Estate Academy classes on weekends and evenings.
