Metro Brokers' agents recognized as top service providers
Quality Service Certification (QSC) recently named Dan Jones of Metro
Brokers/GMAC Real Estate's North Fulton office and Doug Baker of Metro
Brokers' Hamilton Mill office as two of the top 250 real estate agents
in the nation based on independent customer service surveys.
Each year QSC compiles a list of the top agents based on their customer
satisfaction rating and the number of returned Premier Service surveys.
Between January 2005 and June 2006, Jones had eight surveys returned to
QSC with a perfect score of 5 out of 5. Some of the comments from
previous clients include:

To become a member of QSC, sales associates must complete a training
program, pass an exam, and participate in the survey process. After
becoming a member, QSC practitioners are responsible for participating
in The Quality Service Assurance Survey on every closed transaction.
They must report information on their clients within 30 days of the
closing, and a survey will be sent directly to the client via mail. A
minimum of four completed surveys must be turned in to qualify for any
QSC award programs.
