Hamilton Mill location third new office in five months

Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate closed 2006 with a flurry, opening its third new office in five months, this one on the second to last week of December, at the Hamilton Mill exit on I-85, one exit north of the Mall of Georgia.

The new "Hamilton Mill" office as it will be called is located on the west side of I-85 on Hamilton Mill Road across from a new Wal-Mart Superstore. In fact, all shoppers who depart Wal-Mart at the main traffic light in front of the store face the new Metro Brokers office.

Already home to more than 100 sales associates, many of whom transferred from the Gwinnett Place office on Satellite Boulevard, the Hamilton Mill office is expected to provide a more convenient home base for the company's sales associates who do most of their business on the north side of the county and in neighboring hotspots such as Barrow, Hall and Jackson counties.

The exit where the office is located has erupted with retail activity over the last decade in response to the development of Hamilton Mill, a golf community started in the early 1990s that has grown to encompass hundreds of homes within its borders and thousands of other homes in smaller new subdivisions nearby. In addition to the golf course, the community features miles of interconnecting sidewalks for walking and jogging, a private lake, and landscaped parks. The community holds an address in the city of Buford and is located in northern Gwinnett County.

Following the same design as other new offices, Levent has included every modern convenience at Hamilton Mill. Accessing the building via biometric finger print reader, visitors are greeted by office managers sitting in front of a textured glass block wall that divides the office into work area and waiting area.

In addition to the contemporary art and furniture that have become standard in Metro Brokers offices, the new Hamilton Mill location offers state-of-the-art computer workstations and a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Between the kitchen and the bullpen is an elliptically-shaped coffee bar, a feature found in other new offices that is becoming a fast favorite with sales associates.

Sales associates have access to two viewing rooms, two over-sized conference rooms, 14 computer workstations with personal printers, nine private offices (eight with windows), an office for a loan officer and much more.

Theresa Redman, formerly the office manager at the Gwinnett Place office, has been chosen to as the office manager for Hamilton Mill.

To visit the Hamilton Mill office, take I-85 North to exit #120 (Hamilton Mill Road), and turn left. Travel approximately 0.5 miles and turn right into the Hamilton Crossings Shopping Center. The Metro Brokers office is in suite 2400.
