BDMG communities offer holiday buying incentives
Builders are hoping to entice homebuyers to buy before the holidays by
using huge incentives. Wyckliffe, Crumbley Estates, and Hampton Mill are
all giving away large sums of money to get homebuyers into a new home by
the end of the year when they use preferred lender Metro Brokers
Financial.
Wyckliffe
Wyckliffe, priced from the $260s to $320s off Hampton-Locust Grove Road
in Henry County, announced a $10,000 buyer incentive on its final three
homes (lots 66, 71, and 72) through Dec. 31. Builder Neal Davis of the
Davis Company explained that homebuyers could use the $10,000 for a
variety of choices: Closing costs, additional upgrades, a privacy fence,
a brand new hot tub, and more.
The three completed homes offer up to five bedrooms, three full baths,
two car side entry garages, large wooded homesites, basements, bonus
rooms, lofts overlooking the family rooms, formal dining rooms, covered
patios, and master suites with sitting rooms and huge walk-in closets.
Homes at Wyckliffe include features homebuyers want, like real stucco
with stone/brick accents, sprinkler systems, programmable thermostats,
house wrap, and fireplaces with gas starters. Call Pat Mayer of the
Stockbridge office at the subdivision at 678.583.9496 or visit
www.metrobrokers.com/wyckliffe for more information.
Crumbley Estates
Crumbley Estates, a 38-home community priced from the $300s in Henry
County, is also offering $10,000 in buyer incentives. The $10,000 can be
used in three ways: To pay for closing costs, to upgrade features, or to
buy down the interest rate from a preferred lender.
Angie Patterson of the McDonough office said five buyers have already
taken advantage of this incentive. “It helps them afford the home of
their dreams and still have money for holiday shopping.”
Each home is fashioned of four sides brick and is situated on up to one
acre with sodded front and back yards with sprinkler systems. Standard
features include two story foyers and great rooms, wrought iron
staircases, bead board in half baths, double pediment trim detail,
hardwood floors, gas starters on fireplaces, smooth ceilings, granite
countertops, tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, double
ovens, islands, built-in microwaves and more.

Hampton Mill
The builders at Hampton Mill, priced from the $270s to $300s in Douglas
County, have made it easy for homebuyers to do their holiday shopping.
Located within five miles of Arbor Place Mall in Douglasville, Hampton
Mill is offering homebuyers a different sort of sales incentive.
Kensington Home Builders pays $2,500 in closing costs. In addition, on
three of Hampton Mill’s move-in ready homes (lot 231, 197 and 23),
homebuyers who close by Dec. 30 can choose from either a plasma TV, a
$2,500 Rooms To Go gift card or having their house payments made for the
first 90 days.
Hampton Mill offers up to five bedroom homes with basements; two and
three car garages; brick, stone and hardiplank exteriors; granite
counters; staircases with iron spindles; hardwoods; and master suites
with sitting rooms, jetted tubs and more.
Amenities include a swimming pool, two lighted tennis courts, sidewalks
and streetlights. Contact Connie Koldenhoven or Kari Daniell of the
Douglasville office at the subdivision at 770.577.0331 or visit
