Only four homes remain at Stonebriar

Stonebriar, a 275-home master-planned community on Moreland Road in Spalding County, has only four homes remaining in Phase I and homebuyers are encouraged to move fast to reap the benefits of huge incentives from the builders – David Reese Homes and The Davis Company.

Not only are the builders offering a huge $5,000 buyer bonus on all remaining homes in Phase I when homebuyers use preferred lender Metro Brokers Financial, but they are also providing buyers with the entire appliance package, which includes a flat-top stove, dishwasher, microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, and matching washer and dryer, all by Frigidaire.
