Only four homes remain at Stonebriar
Stonebriar, a 275-home master-planned community on Moreland Road in
Spalding County, has only four homes remaining in Phase I and homebuyers
are encouraged to move fast to reap the benefits of huge incentives from
the builders David Reese Homes and The Davis Company.
Not only are the builders offering a huge $5,000 buyer bonus on all
remaining homes in Phase I when homebuyers use preferred lender Metro
Brokers Financial, but they are also providing buyers with the entire
appliance package, which includes a flat-top stove, dishwasher,
microwave, side-by-side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, and
matching washer and dryer, all by Frigidaire.
These incentives are just what some homebuyers need to get them into a
house and out of an apartment by the holidays, said Elissa Hall, new
homes specialist at Stonebriar.
At Stonebriar, all of the amenities are aimed toward growing families
and peace of mind. Amenities include a huge playground, picnic pavilion,
and a private walkway to the new Moreland Road Elementary School,
located next door. Plus, Carver Road Middle School will be opening in
