Only three opportunities remain at Wyckliffe
Only three opportunities remain for homebuyers to join Wyckliffe, a new
home community off Hampton-Locust Grove Road in Henry County priced from
the $260s to $320s. Builder Neal Davis of the Davis Company has
announced he will be giving away $10,000 on lots 66, 71, and 72 at
Wyckliffe through Dec. 31.
Davis explained that homebuyers could use the $10,000 for a variety of
choices: Closing costs, additional upgrades, a privacy fence, a brand
new hot tub, and more.
“This $10,000 incentive creates a great opportunity for homebuyers to
get into a new home before the holidays,” Davis said.
Homebuyers can tour three completed spec homes with a variety of four
and five bedroom floorplans with up to three full baths and a two car
side entry garage. Homes include basements and bonus rooms, lofts
overlooking the family rooms, formal dining rooms, covered patios, and
master suites with sitting rooms and huge walk-in closets.
In addition, Davis incorporates a number of features homebuyers are
looking for, like real stucco with stone and brick accents, a sprinkler
system, programmable thermostat, house wrap, and fireplace with gas
starter. Most homes are situated on half-acre wooded homesites with only
two homes remaining on more than an acre in size.
However, with a long list of standard features, homebuyers don’t need to
contribute much of the new buyer incentive towards upgrades. The builder
includes:
•Stainless steel appliances
•Solid surface countertops and a
tile backsplash in the kitchen
•Security system
•Hardwood and tile floors
•Textured (knockdown) ceilings
•Jetted tubs
•Available TV niche above the
fireplace in the family room
•Arched entry ways
•Brushed nickel hardware
•Upgraded five inch trim package
throughout
•Wyckliffe lies within Henry
County’s Luella Elementary, Middle and High school districts.
To visit Wyckliffe from downtown Atlanta, take I-75 south to exit 216
(Hwy. 155) and turn right. Travel approximately three miles and turn
right onto Hampton-Locust Grove Road. Wyckliffe’s entrance is on the
right.
The Wyckliffe model home is open Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday
from 12 to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 1 to 6 p.m. For more information or an
