Personal Coaching provides a wide range of support that includes business planning, time management, prospecting strategies, goal setting, accountability and more. Agents meet in small groups at or near their office regularly. Past participants in Personal Coaching credit the program with significant increases in business activity as well as providing a solid foundation for future success.
