Silver Oak will "Buy Your Home"

Are you looking to move to a new community, but just can’t seem to sell the home you are living in? Summerfield Homes, one of the builders in SilverOak, is now running a promotion where they will buy a homebuyer’s prior home when they buy a new home in the community.

“One of the biggest hurdles for buyers wanting to purchase a home in SilverOak has been selling their current home,” explains Julia Goode, developer for SilverOak. “Summerfield Homes has come up with a great way to overcome this problem that benefits everyone.”

Three homeowners in SilverOak have already taken advantage of the program. To qualify, homes must be marketable and in good condition. The home must also be within Cobb county or its neighboring counties, and have a value less than the purchase price of the new home. Closings will occur simultaneously, and Summerfield Homes will allow up to two weeks after closings for the new homeowners to move from their prior home, which makes moving easier.

SilverOak, a new homes community priced from the mid $600s to $800s, is located in the city of Acworth. The community continues to garner attention from homebuyers because each home is tailored to the buyer’s individual wants and needs. Some of the luxury touches homeowners can enjoy include master suites with sitting rooms, steam showers and morning kitchens; keeping rooms; commercial grade appliances; coffered ceilings; window walls; and built-in bookcases.

In addition, Phil Gressly, the builder for Summerfield Homes, was recently awarded 2006 EarthCraft Builder of the Year. He was also named 2005 Builder of the Year by the Builder-Developer Marketing Group (BDMG) of Metro Brokers.

To visit SilverOak, take I-75 north to Exit 271 (Chastain Road) and turn left on Chastain Road. Travel to Cobb Parkway (Hwy. 41) and turn right. Take a left on Mars Hill Road and travel one mile to turn right on Hill Road. SilverOak is one mile on the right.
