Super Sunday Atlanta homes for sale success
Since its creation, Super Sunday and the Open House Pool have been
revered by sales associates as two of the most important marketing tools
created by Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate. By combining TV and print
advertising with a powerful internet tool, homebuyers have shown up in
droves to Super Sunday listings.
And the success is in the numbers. During the last six months, sales
associates have hosted a record 3,400 open houses on Super Sundays and
have registered thousands of visitors that were eligible for the $1,000
prize.
In addition, Metro Brokers continues to fuel its success by adding new
messages on its billboards geared towards Super Sunday during the week
prior to Super Sunday.
As a result, sales associates from all of Metro Brokers’ offices are
reporting hundreds of new listings and thousands of new leads and
contacts from using the system. Several sales associates even had
contracts written on-the-spot due to the Super Sunday program.
