Three new communities join Metro Brokers' BDMG Metro
Brokers/GMAC Real Estate's Builder-Developer Marketing Group (BDMG)
recently added Henry Farms, Hunter’s Overlook and Musick Park to its
roster of new home subdivisions.
Henry Farms, a private 18-home community from the $290s to $380s in
Henry County off New Hope Road, provides wooded, 1-acre homesites and
brand new elementary, middle and high schools less than three miles
away.
The builder, Colmar Properties, has five specs homes finished and is
offering a privacy fence on finished inventory at no cost as a buyer’s
bonus in addition to paying $3,000 in closing costs with preferred
lender, Metro Brokers Financial. Ranch and two story floorplans feature
four bedrooms, side-entry two-car garages, formal dining rooms, tile and
hardwood floors, granite countertops, staircases with iron spindles,
elegant crown molding, remote control electric fireplaces with logs,
security systems, etched glass front doors and available basements.
Henry Farms also features street lamps and protective covenants, and is
within six miles of the McDonough Square. Contact Laura Evans at

Hunter’s Overlook and Musick Park are both intimate communities with
less than 20 homes priced from the $240s to $260s and located in Coweta
County. Cottage-style homes are fashioned of hardiplank siding with
stone, brick and shake accents as well as board and batten details.
Each homesite is 1.6 acres or more with homes offering three and four
bedrooms with basements, bonus and keeping rooms, two story family
rooms, fireplaces, granite counters in kitchens and baths, landscape
lighting and sprinkler systems.
The builder, Neal Davis, pays $2,500 in closing costs with preferred
lender Metro Brokers Financial and also pays for a consultation with a
professional decorator.
In addition, Davis is working with the BDMG to help market three of his
other subdivisions in Coweta County (Drew’s Ridge, Gosdin Park,
Stillwood Farms), two of his subdivisions in Henry County (Westin Park,
Wyckliffe) and one subdivision in Spalding County (Stonebriar). For
