MBF offers new homebuyer seminars

As part of a new partnership with Fannie Mae, Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate Financial (MBF) is now hosting a series of new homebuyer seminars. The first of five summer seminars, titled “Turn Renters into Buyers,” is on June 21st at 6:30 pm at the Gwinnett Place office. However, sales associates from any office can attend.

Members of MBF, Metro Title Trust and Metro Brokers Insurance will be on hand to explain to homebuyers the process of purchasing a home and how to obtain financing.

Sales associates are asked to attend and bring guests who are prospective buyers to any or all of the seminars. At each seminar, the sales associate who brings the most guests will be awarded a cash prize.

All attendees must sign in and complete a mini application form. In addition, MBF loan officers will be on hand to prequalify potential buyers.

The remaining homebuyer summer seminars will be located in other offices around metro Atlanta. Look for more locations and prize specifics in future MetroNet articles. For further information, contact any MBF loan officer through the call center.
