Two new communities join BDMG

Manchester Meadows and Chambless Village inked listing agreements with Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate’s Builder-Developer Marketing Group (BDMG) this month.

Manchester Meadows, a 69-home community from the low to mid $200s at the corner of Hwy. 61 and Belmont Road in Paulding County is a great example of new homes for sale in Paulding County (near the Carroll County line). The community offers Craftsman-style construction, a 3-acre lake and wooded homesites as well as professional landscaping.

Floorplans include up to four bedrooms, bonus rooms, basements, formal living and dining rooms, family rooms, master retreats with sitting areas and two-car garages with carriage doors. Homes feature hardwood floors, TV niches above electric fireplaces, alarm systems, crown molding, trey ceilings, large garden tubs and walk-in closets.

The builder at Manchester Meadows, Homeland Communities, has been building in Atlanta since 1961. Just last year, they sold 300+ homes. The builder pays $3,000 in closing costs with the preferred lender.

Chambless Village is a new 160-home community from the $120s to $160s on Luthersville Road (off of Hwy. 54) in Meriwether County Georgia. The new home community is located only 15 minutes from shopping in Newnan and offers up to two acre homesites.

Nine spec homes are available with up to three bedrooms and start at 1,500 square feet. Exteriors are fashioned of vinyl with brick or stone accents and side-entry two car garages. Homes feature finished bonus rooms, stacked stone fireplaces, and basements.

The builders, 3 D Construction, D.M.D. Associates and Royal Titan Construction, pay $2,500 in closing costs with preferred lender Metro Brokers Financial. In all spec homes, the builders include an upgraded appliance package: builtin microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer, and garage door remotes.
