Constantly evolving: Metro Brokers reveals all-new home page

The top metro Atlanta real estate brokerage website just got better.

Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate unveiled a redesigned home page on May 17 with an eye toward further enhancing the home shopping experience for the more than 150,000 unique visitors who come to the site every month.

The key features of the new home page design are:

• New location for the Search Properties button. The search function is now located in the top left quadrant of the website, where studies show most eyes are focused when they visit a webpage.

• More search options on the home page. Now home shoppers can filter their home search from the home page by choosing one of four types of searches: Area, Map, New Homes or Schools. Users also have more quick search options for broader, more generic searches.

• Greater emphasis on the Super Sunday Open House promotion. The area devoted to Super Sunday has quadrupled, and a Super Sunday directional sign points to the Super Sunday section. The new emphasis on Super Sunday reflects the importance within the company of this exciting new program designed to enhance listing opportunities and attendance at open house events for Metro Brokers agents.

• A new showcase for our Commercial and Business Brokerage divisions. The Commercial and Business Brokerage divisions are now featured on the home page with graphical components to reflect their importance to the company. Metro Brokers President and CEO Kevin Levent expressed excitement about the changes to the website and pointed to them as another sign of his company's lack of complacency.

"We are continuously analyzing our business, its components, and anything new that could be a fit to drive more customers and clients to our agents," he said. "We generate more traffic to our website than any other broker in Georgia, but we want more."

The rest of Metro Brokers’ website will remain unchanged, except for a new look for the banner and navigation menu at the top of each page that mirrors the new home page.
