Career development hires three

Metro Brokers' career development division recently had another growth spurt, adding three new career counselors: Robin Levy, Kathy Morgan, and Kelly Grugan.

Levy has more than eight years of experience in real estate. Prior to Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate, she worked in new homes for five years and resales for three years at Coldwell Banker & ReMax. She also worked in new homes with MaCar Homes for two years.

Before joining the real estate industry, Levy worked in the banking industry for four years. She lives in Kennesaw.

Morgan has 12 years of experience in real estate. She joined Metro Brokers as a sales associate in April 2006. Previously, she worked at Coldwell Banker in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. for seven years handling recruiting and training of new sales associates.

Prior to real estate, Morgan managed a multi-million dollar condominium project in Miami, Fla. She lives in Dawsonville.

Grugan has held her real estate license since 1998, and her broker license since 2004. Prior to Metro Brokers, she was the assistant managing broker for All Atlanta Realty for four years. Her responsibilities included recruiting, training, marketing, new homes support and office management for 20 to 30 sales associates.

Grugan has a B.A. in Education with a minor in Sociology from Virginia Tech. She lives in Alpharetta.
