Metro Brokers to market Glenview Estates, a new home community in Griffin Georgia

Metro Brokers recently added Glenview Estates, a 66 home community just off Highway 16 in Spalding County, to its list of Builder-Developer Marketing Group communities. The subdivision comes as a referral from Butch Springer of the McDonough office.

Glenview Estates, priced from the $130s to $150s, offers affordable, traditional style homes with plans consisting of ranch and two-story designs with stone and brick accents, front and rear porches, teen suites, bonus rooms, fireplaces, vaulted ceilings, and garden tubs.

Three spec homes are completely finished and ready to view. The new Griffin community also has sidewalks and more than 18 acres of green space. Plus, the builder pays $3,000 in closing costs with the preferred lender and up to $1,500 with other lenders.
