Metro Brokers to market two new subdivisions
Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate’s Builder-Developer Marketing Group
recently inked listing agreements for two new communities: Charleston
Walk, an 82 home community on Highway 81 in McDonough priced from the
$230s to $270s, and The Midlands, a 43-home community off Old Corinth in
Newnan priced from the $250s to $300s.
