Metro Brokers racks up national awards, remains #1

Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate further cemented its position as the top GMAC Real Estate franchise in the world by taking home several top national awards at the GMAC Real Estate Business Conference from Feb. 7-9 in Hollywood, Fla.

In addition to retaining the title of top franchise in terms of gross commission income (GCI), Metro Brokers also earned first place as the fastest growing franchise (GCI).

President and CEO Kevin Levent became a familiar face at the awards celebration held at the Westin Diplomat Hotel as he crossed the stage five more times to accept awards for:

Top Outgoing Referral Performance Award, First Place
Top Five Company Growth Award – Percentage, Second Place
Top Company Referral Conversion Award, Second Place
Top Family First & Great Moves Referral Company Award, Third Place
Top 10 Office Awards, Second Place Franchise
Special recognition was also given to the corporate REO (Real Estate Owned) department. They earned the 2006 GMAC Mortgage REO Group Performance Recognition Award.

Individually, numerous Metro Brokers agents made a strong showing with 10 appearing in the Top Sales Partners—Closed Units category. Metro Brokers’ sales associate teams also placed well in the 2006 GMAC Real Estate awards. The Toni Turner and Sandra Watkins team (of the Woodstock office) ranked ninth in the Top Ten Team - Closed Units category and tenth in the Top Ten Team - GCI category.
