Super Sunday coming soon

Ladies and gentleman, fasten your seatbelts! The very first Super Sunday event will occur on March 11.

No, this is not “Super Bowl Sunday,” the National Football League’s annual championship game that occurred this month, so leave the hot wings and beer at home.

Super Sunday is a new open house marketing program exclusive to Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate that promises to deliver hundreds of open houses on the second Sunday of every month. The event will be advertised on television, the Internet, in Hot Properties magazine, on the home page of ajchomes.com and in the AJC Sunday Homefinder (print edition). A list of Super Sunday open houses by area will be posted on metrobrokers.com approximately 10 days prior to every event for the public to plan their open house itinerary.

Home shoppers who register at any Metro Brokers open house on Super Sunday are eligible to win $1,000 in cash by random drawing. Winners are announced on TV and in the AJC the following month. President and CEO Kevin Levent calls the new program a knockout punch for any listing presentation.

“This is really going to knock the socks off sellers, the fact that their open house will have this much marketing firepower behind it,” Levent said. “I can see sellers just wanting to list with Metro Brokers because they want their house to be a part of Super Sunday.”

Metro Brokers' Supply Super Store will have supplies that coincide with the open house pool and Super Sunday event including Metro Mike open house directional signs, balloons, guest registration sheets, door hangers, and, of course, Super Sunday prize drawing displays.
