Metro Brokers is the first and only broker in the metro Atlanta area to establish a broker support team. It’s a model that other Atlanta real estate companies wish they had because they know that brokers are most effective when 100 percent of their time is dedicated to helping answer agents’ questions and increase their business.

Both new and experienced sales associates like the broker support model because they can drop by the corporate office anytime they have a question and be helped by one of 12 associate brokers (no appointment is necessary). Each of the associate brokers has different areas of expertise to help associates. Areas of expertise include new homes, residential, commercial and business brokerage, Elegant Homes™, foreclosures and more.

When a trip to the corporate office isn’t feasible, Metro Brokers can call the broker support hotline to receive assistance with contracts or other general real estate questions. Associates can call 770.399.4300 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and on weekends and holidays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The hotline now averages 2,500 calls per month – more than one-half of all 4,000 contacts that the broker support team makes with sales associates every month. And with so many associate brokers ready to answer calls, there is rarely any need for sales associates to be placed on hold for the next available broker.

Sales associates don’t always have to come to the corporate office for an in-person meeting with an associate broker. The broker support team makes office visits upon request from caravan leaders. Broker support has already scheduled the following times:

March 14 – Douglasville office
