GMAC Real Estate recently asked several of Metro Brokers’ top executives to speak at their national business conference on Feb. 12-15 in Las Vegas at the Paris Las Vegas Casino.

Dana Eskridge, Vice President of Relocation and Corporate Services, is well versed in the speaking arena. This is the fifth time Eskridge will speak at the conference in addition to her speaking engagements with the Employee Relocation Council.

Eskridge is teaching two classes on Feb. 14: Internet Lead Management (at 2:30 p.m.) and How To Build a Successful Relocation Department Through Business Planning, Goal Setting and Sales Associate Training (at 1:00 p.m.).

Alison Trevor, Director of the Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate Academy, Yvonne Thomas-Brooks, Director of Corporate Training, and Terry Young, Director of Business Coaching, will also teach “Training Essentials…Turning Potential Into Reality” on Feb. 13 (at 2:30 p.m.).

The session covers the essential elements in training and increasing agent production. Trevor plans to discuss Metro Brokers’ pre-license, MBA, PHD, and building a business plan classes as well as the company’s coaching program.
