BDMG to market Henry County’s Westin Park
|
Cornerstone Associates and The Davis Company recently chose the
Builder-Developer Marketing Group to market Westin Park, a new 60 home
subdivision priced from the $260s to mid $300s off of Hampton-Locust
Grove Road in Henry County.
Westin Park offers four and five bedroom floorplans with basements, two
car side entry garages, bonus rooms, formal living and dining rooms,
great rooms with gas fireplaces, kitchens with islands and tile
backsplashes, and master bedrooms with sitting rooms, jetted tubs, and
his/her vanities.
Homes feature hardwood floors, solid surface countertops, upgraded
appliances (including a built-in microwave), TV niches, arched entryways
with bullnose cornices, custom cabinetry, two story and trey smooth
ceilings, walk-in closets, and sprinkler systems.
Homes also feature four sides brick with low maintenance shake and

homesites and located only half a mile away from Wyckliffe, a new home
community with similar homes priced from the $230s to $300s.
Wyckliffe is marketed by the BDMG and became so popular that the
builder, The Davis Company, decided to build Westin Park with
Cornerstone Associates. Both Westin Park and Wyckliffe are located in
the popular Luella school district.
Westin Park recently opened sales and the builders are paying $2500 in
closing costs with the preferred lender.
To visit Westin Park, take I-75 to Exit 216 (Hwy. 155) and travel west.
Drive approximately five miles and turn right onto Hampton-Locust Grove
Road. Westin Park is three quarters of a mile on the right.
