Three homeowners in SilverOak have already taken advantage of the program. To qualify, homes must be marketable and in good condition. The home must also be within Cobb county or its neighboring counties, and have a value less than the purchase price of the new home. Closings will occur simultaneously, and Summerfield Homes will allow up to two weeks after closings for the new homeowners to move from their prior home, permitting an easy transition.

SilverOak, a new homes community priced from the mid $600s to $800s, is located in the city of Acworth. The community continues to garner attention from homebuyers because each home is tailored to the buyer’s individual wants and needs. Some of the luxury touches homeowners can enjoy include master suites with sitting rooms, steam showers and morning kitchens, keeping rooms, commercial grade appliances, coffered ceilings, window walls, and built-in bookcases.
