Five legal professionals, affiliate members of the Georgia Association of Business Brokers, visited Metro Brokers’ Business Brokerage meeting on October 11. More than 80 sales associates attended the meeting to pick the minds of the law experts.

During the meeting, each attorney gave a synopsis on a particular subject related to legal aspects of business and commercial transactions. After their presentation, each allowed a lengthy question and answer session, where sales associates found great advice on how to be better prepared for the closing table with fewer issues.

“All of the agents who attended this meeting were delighted with the free seminar and invaluable information they received,” said James Welch of the North Fulton office, team leader of the business brokerage division.

Both commercial and business brokerage meetings provide an outstanding opportunity for networking and education. Business brokerage meetings are held the second Thursday of each month from 10:00am-12:00pm. Commercial meetings take place the fourth Thursday monthly from 10:00am-12:00pm. Both meetings are located at the Corporate office in building E-1.
