agents recognized

Just one year ago, Metro Brokers started offering Certified
Commercial Brokerage (CCB) and Certified Business Brokerage (CBB)
courses to sales associates.
Many have chosen to take the series of courses for a variety of reasons.
Some are experienced commercial sales associates looking to get a new
designation. Others are new sales associates interested in learning
about the commercial side of real estate. Some are just looking to find
knowledge. However, all agree that the course series stands out as one
of the best offered by Metro Brokers.
Metro Brokers is the only real estate company that offers a commercial
and business brokerage solution of this type. The course is comprised of
15 classes and gives sales associates the most comprehensive training
available for commercial and business brokerage. Once a sales associate
takes the course, they receive a CCB or CBB designation.
Each class is worth three hours of continuing education (CE) credit,
combining to equal a staggering 45 hours of CE credit. And to top it
off, the courses are offered free of charge.
After receiving the designation, sales associates are invited to attend
monthly sales meetings to network and boost their business. In addition,
Metro Brokers recognizes the top-performing CCB and CBB sales associates
in a quarterly combined commercial and business brokerage meeting.
Yesterday, President and CEO Kevin Levent and Vice President of
Operations Joe Dabbs congratulated several sales associates for their
outstanding performance in commercial and business brokerage at the
quarterly meeting. The top business brokerage agents for the second and
third quarters of 2007 were Jay Fenello of the North Fulton office and
James Welch of the North Fulton office, respectively. Also, George Logan
of the Woodstock office was the top commercial brokerage agent for the
second quarter, and Gail Barrett of the Forsyth office was the top
commercial agent for the third quarter.

The Certified Commercial and Business Brokerage course is offered
once a year, and the next course starts in January of 2008. All 15
courses are needed to receive a designation, but each course can be
