Sales associates and their guests are invited to attend a homebuyer seminar hosted by Metro Brokers Financial and Fannie Mae at the McDonough office tomorrow, August 28. Although only five seminars were originally planned, MBF decided to add another seminar to the schedule due to its immense popularity.

MBF and Fannie Mae partnered earlier this summer to start hosting seminars aimed at “Turning Renters into Buyers”. Attendees can learn how credit scores are determined and what they can do to improve it. In addition, a variety of large mortgage products will be discussed including zero down loan programs for borrowers with less than perfect credit.

Members of MBF, Metro Title Trust and Metro Brokers Insurance will be on hand to explain the process of purchasing a home and how to attain financing. Homebuyers can also be pre-qualified at the seminar.

Sales associates from all offices can attend, and are encouraged to bring their buyers. In fact, there is a cash prize for the sales associate who has the most guests at each seminar as well as a cash prize for the office manager who has the most sales associates from their office in attendance.
