Installation of Metro Brokers’ fifth Atlanta area billboard was completed yesterday near Stonecrest Mall on I-20 at Turner Hill Road facing westbound traffic. It’s the most recent in a series of the now-popular billboard campaign mentioned on radio stations and around office water coolers since last fall.

Unlike any other billboard in metro Atlanta, all of the boards have an LED display that is updated daily with the number of homes for sale in metro Atlanta. In addition, four of the five billboards’ copy is produced in neon channel lettering with an internally lighted image of the company’s mascot, Metro Mike, on display.

The new billboard has a Daily Effective Circulation (DEC) of more than 100,000 and all of the billboards combined have a DEC of more than one million metro Atlanta drivers per day.

Metro Brokers other billboards are located on I-285 west at North Peachtree Road, I-85 southbound (immediately after the GA-400 merge), I-75 south just after exit 265 (North Marietta Parkway), and I-75 north near Forest Park (below I-285).
