Consumer surveys show that Atlanta homebuyers and sellers want a one-stop shop for their real estate needs. And emails and comments from sales associates reveal they want the same.

Kim Lamb of Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate's Gwinnett office recently sent an email to President and CEO Kevin Levent raving about the wonderful job Metro Title Trust did working with Lynn Le, loan officer for Metro Brokers Financial, on all of her closings during the last year.

She especially enjoys working with Metro Title Trust’s pre-closers, Kristen Pilgrim and Shannon Maynard, closer Kim Whitson. Lamb said they keep her informed during every step of the process with emails and calls.

“With Metro Title Trust, I never have to worry about what is going on with my closings,” said Lamb. “If they say the closing is going to happen at a certain time it does. They take care of me and my clients.”

Communication and technology are the key. Metro Title Trust's database, Harmony, allows Atlanta sales associates to view their closing documents, track files, submit title requests online, download files (i.e., HUD statements, termite inspection letters, payoff letters, and more) and monitor the closing process from title request to recording.

Sales associates can set up email alert notifications with Harmony that sends them an email when new documents become available as well as set up a password protected account for their clients to view documents online.

In addition, Ricardo Hurtado was hired last year as an agent liaison for Metro Title Trust. He answers questions, handles any issues in the closing process and acts as a mediator between closing attorneys and sales associates.
