The Builder-Developer Marketing Group of Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate has inked a listing agreement with Rock Solid Builders of Marietta, Georgia to market its North Village community in Bartow County.

North Village is a 56-home community that will feature homes inspired by the Craftsman architectural style and priced from the $210s to the $260s. Homes in North Village will have four and five bedrooms and two car garages. Exterior elevations will include such elements as board and batten siding, stacked stone, historical colors and carriage-style garage doors.

The community is located near the town of White in northwest Bartow County, about 10 miles northeast of Cartersville and about 12 miles west of Canton, Georgia. The community is set amidst the north Georgia foothills and views of picturesque mountain ranges abound. The community also boasts a 10-acre lake and approximately a quarter of a mile of walking trails.

Homesite sizes will range from a half acre to one and a half acres.

The schools for North Village are considered among the best in Bartow County and include Pine Log Elementary, Adairsville Middle and Adairsville High.

Lynda Lewis of the Forsyth office has been selected as the on-site agent for North Village. She has several years of on-site sales experience and lives in neighboring Cherokee County.

A temporary model home is currently open on the weekends and a decorated model will open in June. The temporary model home is open on Saturdays from 11-7 and Sundays 1-7.

There are currently two completed homes and eight other homes presently under construction.
