One of the most common concerns of a homebuyer in metro Atlanta is, “How long of a commute can I expect?”

A new feature on metrobrokers.com helps Atlanta homebuyers search for homes close to their work or children’s school. Metro Brokers/GMAC Real Estate recently added a radius search to the “Search Homes” page that allows homebuyers to enter a specific address (street, city and zip) and select the maximum number of miles they would consider in their quest for a new home.

The radius search can also be used to narrow a search down to a specific neighborhood or area within a city while still being able to search for specific property types, price ranges and home features.

“Homebuyers are often looking for a home in a specific area of town or want to avoid long commutes,” said Liz Kelly, internet marketing manager. “The radius search is just another tool to make it easier for customers to find a home that fits their needs.”
