Metro Brokers Financial loan officers receive Mortgage
Bankers Association awards
|
Two Metro Brokers Financial loan officers were recently recognized by
the Mortgage Bankers Association for their achievements in 2005. Lynn Le
and Paul Cargal received the gold award for closing between $12 million
and $25 million in loans during 2005.
Le has worked in the Atlanta mortgage industry for more than eight years
and joined Metro Brokers Financial in 2002 as a loan officer in the
Gwinnett office. This was Le’s third consecutive year to win the gold
award from the Mortgage Bankers Association. She was also recognized as
the Top Gun Loan Officer by the Mortgage Brokers Association in 2005.
Le closed $17 million in loans during 2005. She credits her success to
her relentless commitment to always make herself available to sales
associates when they need her and to close loans for clients no matter
how big or small the amount.
In addition, Cargal received the Mortgage Bankers Association’s Rookie
of the Year award, which is presented to the to the loan officer who
closes the highest volume of loans in the state of Georgia during their
first full year in the business. He was also recognized as the Top New
Loan Officer for Metro Brokers Financial at the company’s awards banquet
earlier this month. Cargal closed $13.38 million in loans during 2005.
Cargal joined Metro Brokers Financial as a junior loan officer in June
2004. He worked alongside Lloyd Carver, senior loan officer, for eight
months before becoming a loan officer for the company’s Buckhead,
Peachtree City and Newnan offices.
Cargal credits his success to the ongoing support from loyal sales
associates, the impeccable efficiency and dedication from loan
processor, Jennie Nerud, and his assistant, Pat Chapline, as well as the
solid support he receives from his mentor, Lloyd Carver.
“Anytime you receive an award, it is the result of a team effort,” said
Cargal. “I felt very gracious and proud to accept this award on behalf
of the team members who were involved in creating it.”
