Only 8 townhomes remain at Blairs Bridge Condominiums
in Cobb County
|
With only 8 townhomes remaining at Blairs Bridge Condominiums,
homebuyers do not have much time left to call the Cobb County townhome
community home.
In just three months, Metro Brokers’ Builder-Developer Marketing Group
sold 19 townhomes at Blairs Bridge and has now sold out of its most
popular two bedroom floorplan.
Matt Moeggenberg of the Metro Brokres/GMAC Real Estate Buckhead office
attributes the community’s success to an abundance of luxury standard
features at affordable prices.
“Homebuyers are often pleasantly surprised with the added-touches in
every home,” explains Moeggenberg. “Blairs Bridge allows first-time
homebuyers to experience the luxury lifestyle they desire, without
breaking the bank.”
Blairs Bridge, priced from the $150s to $160s, includes standard
features that are often considered upgrades by most builders. Etched
glass front doors with transoms, carriage style garage doors, three
sides brick with hardiplank siding, crown molding, hardwood floors, TV
niches, fireplaces with gas logs and many more standard features at
Blairs Bridge are usually reserved for homes in higher price ranges,
such as the $200s or even $300s.
Luxury living and upgraded features are not in the budget of many
first-time homebuyers. However, the builder, JPJ Developers, Inc., at
Blairs Bridge has designed the perfect combination of luxury and
affordability into two and three bedroom, two and a half bath floorplans
designed for today's lifestyles. Plus, the builder pays $2,500 in
closing costs with preferred lender Metro Brokers Financial.
“Every house looked the same until I went to Blairs Bridge,” said Kevin
Stovall, Blairs Bridge homeowner. “The townhomes were affordable and had
a lot of luxury features that made me feel right at home. Plus, the
decorated model helped me figure out how much furniture I would need and
helped me transition from apartment living to owning a home.”
Other standard features that are often considered upgrades by other
builders are oak cabinets, appliances, walk-in closets, antique nickel
door knobs, stone arches and columns, swirled glass lighting and
sconces, beveled glass mirrors, dining rooms, and master suites with
sitting areas and garden tubs.
Amenities include a gazebo and park area, sidewalks, streetlights and
lawn maintenance provided by the homeowners association. The community
lies within Bryant Elementary, Lindley Middle and Pebblebrook High
School districts.
To visit Blairs Bridge Condos, take 1-20 West to Six Flags Drive (exit
46B). Continue straight approximately three miles and turn right on
Blairs Bridge Road. The community is on the right.
The decorated model is open daily from 11 a.m. to dusk and Sunday from 1
p.m. to dusk. For more information or to schedule a private appointment,
