Levent appears in RISmedia’s Real Estate magazine

As expected, the news of Metro Brokers joining with Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate created shockwaves in the real estate industry. The announcement is already prompting news organizations to take notice, the first of which is Rismedia’s Real Estate Magazine, the only national, independent magazine specializing in the residential real estate and relocation industries. President and CEO Kevin Levent appeared on the front cover of the Feb. 2010 issue and is featured in the headlining article.

The article focuses on Levent and another major national broker, Greg Rand, and their decision to change from their former brand affiliation to Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate. It also points out the fact that Levent has “not only seen it all but survived it all… expanding, growing and gaining marketshare throughout all kinds of real estate cycles.”

Levent stated many reasons why the decision to join Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate was in the best interest of the company:
