Best Mountain Properties Joins BHGRE Metro Brokers

Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers, the largest real estate company in Georgia, recently acquired Best Mountain Properties. Serving Pickens and Dawson Counties, and specializing in the Big Canoe area, Best Mountain Properties was founded in 1988 and is a well established company in Big Canoe. In the last five years, their company has had upwards of $20 million in annual sales volume.

Best Mountain Properties will now operate under the BHGRE Metro Brokers name and their 15 sales associates will join the Jasper office at 760 Martin Road and Forsyth office at 1175 Buford Road.

Tom and Kelly Beechler – broker-owners of Best Mountain Properties – chose to join BHGRE Metro Brokers because of the company’s local presence, superior tools and visionary leadership. “In today’s real estate industry, it’s important to align with a strong company,” said Tom Beechler. “BHGRE Metro Brokers gives us that opportunity.”

The Beechlers will continue on at BHGRE Metro Brokers as the Beechler Realty Group team. They have more than 19 years of combined real estate experience and recently became lifetime members of the Million Dollar Club at their local real estate board. They live in Big Canoe.
