MBF’s Armstrong Impresses Again

Audrey Armstrong, Metro Brokers Financial (MBF) loan officer out of the North Fulton office, has long been known to provide exceptional customer service to her clients. However, with the latest letter of recommendation she received from a client, we can add a few more attributes to the already long list of her shining qualities.

Sam and Jeanne Mayo were recently helped by Armstrong, and they couldn’t stop complimenting her. “Audrey and her team were patient and kind while aggressively looking out for our best interests down to the smallest and most minute detail. They were truly awesome in every way and certainly went above and beyond all that we could have ever hoped or asked for.”

The Mayos came to MBF looking to refinance their home. Along the way, they discovered that the mortgage on their home had not been properly handled by the former mortgage holder, a situation that could have presented some large hurdles. Armstrong and MBF were able to turn the situation around and make it an enjoyable experience in every way. Through the hard work of Armstrong and Metro Brokers Financial, Sam and Jeanne were able to see the dream of a 3.75%/15 year mortgage become a reality.

The availability of MTT in-house meant that closing the loan was not only accomplished efficiently, but the Mayos could be kept informed throughout the process.
