Quality Service Certification (QSC), Inc. automatically sends out customer satisfaction surveys after each closing on behalf of Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers sales associates. They recently sent out their national awards results, and six BHGRE Metro Brokers were recognized.

Platinum Award – Must have a customer satisfaction rating of 4.7 (out of 5) or greater AND be 100% satisfied (no returned surveys below satisfied):

Gold Award – Must have a customer satisfaction rating of 4.5 or greater:
